01 · The problem
A powerful story, slow to arrive.
Many of Mentora's visitors are newcomers on a phone and a mobile plan. A rich video home page took more than 60 MB before it opened.
02 · How we defined it
Keep the story. Lose the wait.
Cutting the video would cut the story. So the job was delivery: every clip stays, and each phone gets only what it needs, in the best format it can play.
03 · How we solved it
A home page that moves, and moves fast.
A full-screen hero that flows through eight clips, about and services pages, and a consultation booking one tap from the menu. Every page checked on desktop and phone, in Chrome and Safari.
