What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website, run by IO Creative Corporation, a Virginia corporation. They do not cover paid work. Website development, maintenance, the retainer, reviews and courses are each governed by the contract or order you sign with us, and that document wins if it differs from this page.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Other people’s names and marks

Client names, logos and screenshots on this site belong to their owners. They appear to show work we did, and they do not mean the owner endorses us beyond that work.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be error-free or online. Information on it is general and is not legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.

To the extent the law allows, IO Creative Corporation is not liable for any loss that comes from using or not being able to use this website. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
