Privacy.

In short

We collect only what you send us: a message, a booking, or an email address for course updates. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it. This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers today.

This policy covers this website, run by IO Creative Corporation, a Virginia corporation. Our contracts with clients have their own terms for client work.

What we collect

We receive information only when you give it to us:

• Contact form. Your name, your email address, what you need, and your message. It reaches us as an email.
• Booking a call. Your name, your email address, the topic and the time you choose, an optional note, and your phone number if you ask us to confirm by text. The booking is made in our calendar service, which sends you the invite.
• Course updates. The email address you enter to hear about the next course date. We email you when the date is set.
• Email. If you write to hi@iocreative.org, we keep your message and our replies.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. We do not use these logs to identify you.

Measurement

This site does not measure visits today: no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising cookies.

If we add a measurement tool later, we will name it here before it runs. It will load only after you start using the page, and it will stay off for anyone who turns on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in their browser.

What we do not collect

• No tracking across other websites.
• No fingerprinting and no profile of what you read on this site.
• No payment details. This website takes no payments.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer you, to set up the call or the course update you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or rent it to anyone.

Who handles it

• Netlify hosts this website and keeps its server logs.
• Cloudflare checks that each form is sent by a person and not a bot (Turnstile), and forwards email sent to hi@iocreative.org to our inbox.
• Resend delivers the emails our forms send to us, and the confirmation we send you.
• Cal.com runs our calendar: it receives your booking details and sends you the invite, and by text if you asked for that.
• Google (Gmail) carries our email, so your messages and our replies pass through it.

These companies handle data for us to run the service. Beyond them, we share your information only if the law requires it.

Your device

The site remembers one choice in your browser’s local storage: the light or dark theme you picked. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings. The bot check may set a short-lived item of its own while you use a form.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hi@iocreative.org and we will answer the same day. If you gave us your email for course updates, ask and we remove it.

Children

This website is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
